Jr. Fit Speed & Agility 6-8 years

Jr. Fit Speed and Agility classes are designed to enhance your child’s confidence in both active play and sport. By incorporating basic movement patters and skills into fun agility drills, obstacle courses, and games, your child will see increases in fitness, strength, coordination, balance, and agility. Jr. Fit classes will give them the ability to do that in a fun environment!

Our goal is to keep your little one injury free and give them the ability to participate in sports and day to day activities with confidence! Classes are 45 minutes in length and are held in 8 week sessions.

Jr. Fit Speed & Agility 9-12 years 

Jr. Fit Speed and Agility classes are designed to enhance your child’s confidence in both active play and sport. By incorporating basic movement patterns and skills into fun agility drills, fitness circuits, and games, your child will see increases in fitness, strength, coordination, balance, and agility.

Whether it is for a competitive sport or the simplicity of staying active and healthy, our goal is to help keep your child injury free and give them the ability to participate with self-assurance! Classes are 45 minutes in length and are held in 8 week sessions.
