Jr. Fit Team Training

Jr. Fit Team Training gives our youth athletes the ability to bond with their team while learning the fundamentals of movement specific to their current sport of choice. Starting with a basic movement prep that helps teach body awareness, balance, and mobility, we then move into strength and fitness circuits that integrate various drills and exercises to develop increased skill acquisition.  To wrap it up we work on team building skills and incorporate games that encourage the teams to work together developing, leadership characteristics, social skills, and improved team play!

  • Teaches skills that will allow each athlete to excel as an individual and team-mate
  • Develops strength, fitness, and agility specific to their sport.
  • Uses game related movements to teach proper technique and increase skill acquisition
  • Fitness evaluations provided at the beginning and end of each 8 week program.
  • Perfect for off-season conditioning!
  • Builds social skills, leadership, and confidence on and off the field!
  • Team building activities used in every session!
